With over a decade of experience, his culinary journey began after he graduated with honours in Culinary Arts. Starting his career in renowned kitchens across India, Amit quickly rose through the ranks, honing his skills in traditional and contemporary cooking techniques. One of his key career milestones was serving as the Indian Head Curry Chef at Moti Mahal Group, where he became known for blending classic recipes with his unique twists. His passion for excellence led him to London, where he worked at the celebrated Dishoom and later as sous chef at the Michelin-starred Benares. His journey is marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence, making him a pivotal figure in the restaurant scene and an inspiration to aspiring chefs around the globe. Through his culinary artistry, he continues to influence and elevate the perception of Indian cuisine on the global stage. As Executive Chef at Yaatra restaurant, Amit’s innovative dishes earned him widespread acclaim. His most recent venture, a food truck, reflects his commitment to pushing boundaries while celebrating his Indian heritage. Naman Sharma is a passionate food enthusiast and culinary innovator from Delhi, India, currently based in the UK. With a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of East London, Naman gained recognition for his research on food waste management and customer behavior, which earned him the Best Research Project title. His career was further shaped by a prestigious internship offer at a celebrity restaurant in Boston, USA. Naman is now the director of his Indian street food truck concept in the UK, where he brings the vibrant flavours of Delhi’s street food to a new audience. His food philosophy centers on sustainability, with a strong commitment to minimizing food waste and promoting conscious eating. Naman's goal is to bridge the gap between traditional Indian street food and contemporary dining, creating memorable experiences while fostering a culture of creativity, sustainability, and collaboration in the food industry. His work is a celebration of Indian heritage and culinary innovation, inspiring future chefs and food lovers alike.
